We don’t expect you to understand how our E2M technology works. As energy managers, we know there's a good deal of complexity when it comes to aligning your business and productivity goals with energy conservation and low-emission energy supply.
E2M provides Metro Power Company with a distinct point of difference above and beyond any of our competitor or client know-how.
The scope of our service is completely flexible to your needs. Metro Power Company services can extend from free advice, to sub-metering, to a fully outsourced energy supply and demand management solution.
ELEMENTS AN OUTSOURCING AGREEMENT
The specific objectives are to:To minimise energy consumption of the site through the provision of improved energy monitoring and targeting information and improved training and motivation of staff;
To reduce energy consumption through the identification, development and implementation of energy conservation and energy supply infrastructure projects.
Reduce carbon emissions
To reduce long-term utility operating costs
To reduce utility-related risks
Metro Power Company is seeking to partner with the Client to implement proposals that can achieve these objectives at a minimum of total cost including energy costs, O&M costs and capital costs.
CORE FOCUS AREAS
Focus 1 Minimizing energy consumption of the site through the provision of improved energy monitoring and targeting information, improving the training and motivation of staff, and providing energy management;
Focus 2: Reducing the long-term energy consumption and carbon emissions through identification, development and implementation of energy efficiency and utility supply infrastructure projects; Focus 3: Reducing overall energy supply cost through the identification, development and implementation of opportunities to secure commodities of electricity, gas or fuel at least cost through the negotiation of improved bi-lateral contracts and/or wholesale spot market trades.
Focus 4: Reducing overall carbon emissions through the identification, development and implementation of opportunities to use renewable and low-carbon electricity, either through the purchase of green energy, local generation of renewable energy, and/or the purchase of carbon offsets.
Focus 5: Reducing overall site administration burdens through coordinating activities and reporting data as per the Regulatory requirements of the Energy Efficiency Opportunities Regulations and the National Greenhouse and Energy Reporting System requirements.
Focus 6: The deployment and test of the prototype E2M energy management system with the aim to produce enhanced energy conservation, improved energy cost and emission reduction, and streamlined regulatory reporting
